The American Institute of Steel Construction SteelDays event was this week and we had a blast discussing OCMA’s steel design with fellow members of the project team! Our very own Parbi Boodaghian  shared the ins and outs of the engineering design necessary to bring this special structure to life.

The event doubled as an IDEAS² Award Ceremony for the Museum’s National Award. Thank you to the AISC for this special recognition and congratulations to the project team including Morphosis, Clark Construction Group, Southwest Steel and Nucor Corporation!
