Last month, Matt Timmers and Cindy Qian presented their work on the Edes Building as a case study of mass timber construction to the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).

In tandem with KTGY and Kalesnikoff, the team dove into the unique dynamics of Mass Timber Design and how to navigate it from soup to nuts – from the design complexities, to the code requirements, to the supply chain and construction challenges.

JAMA is proudly serving as the Structural Engineer for the Edes Building, currently under construction in Morgan Hill, California. We anticipate completion early next year.
