Our very own Parbi Boodaghian presented at last week’s Urban Land Institute Mass Timber Panel Discussion!

Parbi brought structural considerations to light in a discussion with industry mass timber experts – from the types of systems used to material specific consideration, such as fire life safety, MEP coordination, acoustics, and fabrication.

One of the main focuses of ULI’s Housing Council is sustainability and innovation and we were proud to bring our knowledge of CLT systems to this interesting conversation! We’re excited to see the broader adoption of this material in the industry – both in San Diego and across the country.
