These two high-rise office towers stand at 42 and 52 floors, and bring a combined 2.4 million square feet of office space to Bunker Hill in Downtown
Los Angeles.
The structural system, consisting of ductile moment resisting steel frames forming a framed tube, is designed to resist seismic lateral loads and wind. The concrete structure below the tower consists of waffle slabs, reinforced concrete columns and shear walls. Spread footings are utilized for the entire project except for the plaza level portion over Olive street, which is drilled, poured-in-place belled caissons.
