The project consists of 3-stories above grade and 1-story below grade and approximately 100,000 square feet; includes lecture hall of approximately 100-seats, remote observing rooms, library, conference rooms, labs, classrooms, and administration offices.
The ceilings of the labs in the basement extended a meter above ground level, ensuring that the windows in each of the rooms provide some natural light. This way, the labs are similar to classical art studios.
