New 3-story, 75,000 square feet office building delivered via Design-Build. JAMA designed the main steel structure and secondary steel framing members for sun shades, canopies, roof screens, and stairs. We also designed all of the interior and exterior metal stud framing systems. The structural system utilizes ConXL400 moment frames to resist lateral forces.
The building is owned by Coasthills Credit Union and serves as the bank’s headquarters for day-to-day operations. The first floor includes a customer service branch. Most of the upper floors are offices and conferences rooms.
