The Coresite LA3 Data Center spans four stories and has a total area of approximately 180,000 square feet. The data center has an impressive capacity of 18 megawatts, making it a powerful facility capable of handling substantial data processing and storage requirements.

Coresite LA3 is one of the largest data center developments in the region. Its construction involved the innovative use of the ConXtech prefabricated structural steel system, which allowed for a remarkably quick construction process of just five weeks. This system enabled efficient and rapid assembly of the building’s structural components. The structure features a raised equipment platform on the rooftop. This platform is designed to support heavy mechanical and electrical equipment, such as cooling towers, chillers, and generators, which are vital for the data center’s operation.
