This new 26-story hotel tower includes dining, restaurants, business center, spa, a casino, and a convention center.
The floor slabs (including basement level) are primarily bonded post-tension slabs with some typical reinforced concrete slabs. The podium includes structural steel moment frame columns and beams supported on a driven pile foundation. Elevated floors are composite concrete over metal deck, while the basement slab is post-tensioned concrete and the roof is made of light-gauge metal purlins and steel deck. The pool and roadway are supported on typical and post-tensioned concrete slabs over a driven pile foundation system.
