Downtown Summerlin creates a traditional downtown setting that integrates a network of streets, landscaped boulevards, and public open spaces to enhance gathering spaces for residents and visitors. This project includes approximately 1.6 million square feet of retail space, as well as 1.45 million square feet of parking. In addition to a diverse mix of retail, dining and entertainment venues, the center includes a nine-story office building at its core, featuring an open breezeway as a lobby.
