This 60,000 square foot, 2-story courthouse includes five multi-use courtrooms, support spaces, public and waiting areas, in-custody holding space and a below grade vehicle sallyport. Exterior finishes for the structure include an aluminum and glass curtain wall, veneer brick, EIFS, and metal panels.
The facility consolidated court operations of the existing Chico Courthouse and the closed Paradise Courthouse.
