This project includes the Design-Build renovation of an existing 3-story office building and attached 4-story parking structure that was originally constructed in 1965. Based on previous ASCE Tier 1 and 2 evaluations, seismic deficiencies were addressed via a Tier 3 analysis, and a full interior renovation was completed to improve working conditions for LA County employees.
