The 27-acre, 4 million square foot L.A. Live! Entertainment District development was originated through construction of the Crypto.com Arena and has grown into one of the nation’s most visited urban entertainment campuses. The firm was responsible for structural design of all buildings, including two, 5-story mixed-use buildings over 3-levels of underground parking, one adjacent level of event space over the parking, a conference center, and Regal cinemas over 3 levels of underground parking, as well as the Crypto.com Arena. The conference center boasts downtown LA’s largest ballroom by volume, and the conference center and movie theater complex alone comprise 550,000 square feet.
