Structural analysis and seismic evaluation of the existing Memphis Pyramid Arena using provisions of ASCE 41. Additionally, JAMA designed new standalone structures and architectural features on the interior and exterior of the existing structure. Finally, JAMA designed new structures and architectural features with are supported by the existing concrete floor framing. New uses include retail venues with lagoons, restaurants and a hotel for the Bass Pro Shop organization. The peak of this 200,000 square feet pyramid structure is approximately 323 feet above the main floor level.
