Renovation of the existing 126,900 square feet facility including work on the plaza, mezzanine, and 22,000 square feet of expansion. All parts of the existing structure were seismically retrofitted & strengthened/modified. JAMA saved significant steel tonnage from re-evaluating the curtain wall support steel and operable partition support steel.
