This Arts Center complex totals 301,000 square feet and includes a 2,000-seat concert hall, 500-seat music hall, rehearsal room hall, box office, food service facilities, dressing rooms, workshops, administrative space, and a loading dock with mechanical / electrical rooms. These buildings are directly adjacent to each other but separated by seismic / acoustical expansion joints.

The framing consists of post tensioned concrete slabs and long span beams spanning between reinforced concrete columns. Floor loads are transferred down the building to the foundations through reinforced concrete columns. Lateral forces induced by wind or seismic events are resisted in both directions by ductile, reinforced concrete space frames. Precast concrete panels are supported off these ductile frames around the building perimeter. Foundations consist of precast, prestressed, driven concrete piles capped with poured-in-place concrete pile cap. Lateral forces are taken by passive pressure in addition to the file resistance.
