This new 54-room hotel complex includes two, 4-story buildings totaling 40,000 square feet. The hotel building features rooms, gym, laundry facility, roof top pool, back of house/support spaces, and a partially subterranean garage. The banquet building has a restaurant/bar on the first level underneath a banquet facility with a mezzanine and a rooftop function space.
