This multi-phase mixed-use development totals 330,000 square feet of retail, theater, grocery, and office space; 400 residential units; and more than 1,200 parking stalls. A first phase “lower mall” includes demolition of a substantial portion of the existing mall complex, façade renovations, new retail construction and a new parking structure.
